We offer 2 types of Shipping Services
Via Containerized Transit
This is the safer option to ship your vehicle but is more expensive. The vehicle would be strapped securely into a 20 or 40 foot container, with there being very limited movement whilst in transit. Un-stuffing charges are usually applicable here.
Roll on Roll Off
(RORO) is the cheaper and more popular option, where vehicles are driven onto the vessel and safely secured under deck.
SHIPPING FROM THE UK
We will arrange and book the earliest sailing date from the UK with one of our partnered shipping lines. On the day of loading we arrange inland shipping/towage of your vehicle from storage to the port for loading. Prior to loading and together with the freight carrier's representative we will conduct a documented pre-loading inspection of the exterior of the vehicle, as this will ensure if there are any damages when the vehicle reaches the port of destination. At this time, we will also arrange sea freight insurance to cover your vehicle in the event of any unforeseen damage or loss whilst in transit at sea.
Arrival of your vehicle at destination port
By the time your vehicle has arrived at the port in your country, we would have already couriered to you, or to your broker, all the shipping documents needed to clear your vehicle from the port. We would also arrange a documented inspection of the vehicle to ensure that it has arrived in the same condition as when it left the UK.
Please note that you will be fully responsible for payment of any import/customs duties, government taxes and fees to clear this vehicle in your country. These amounts are not included in our procurement fees, but if required, they will be estimated amounts and only to be used as a guide. We shall be happy to refer you to one of our partnered brokers in your country who will be knowledgeably and experienced in clearing and licensing your vehicle.
