We stock many Used vehicles in excellent condition. We have a high turnover of vehicles so they do not stay more than an average of 2 weeks with us, so we are always getting in new stock. If we do not have the vehicle you are looking for, we will be happy to source your new or used vehicle from the UK. All you have to do is indicate to us your specifications such as brand, colour, engine size, fuel type, body style and year of manufacture etc, then we will diligently search and procure the vehicle you are looking to purchase from only reputable trustworthy Dealerships in the UK.

When we have sourced what you are looking for:

We will then send you a shortlist of vehicles and prices for you to choose from. When you have chosen the vehicle you are happy with, we will purchase an HPI certificate which will advise us on the entire history of the vehicle. This certificate will reveal if the vehicle was ever stolen, if there are any existing finance liens on it, if there was any insurance damage claim, if the road taxes are up to date, a Vin and Chassis check etc. Then if we are satisfied with these results, we will arrange to test drive the vehicle on your behalf to ensure that it is working and performing to our high standards. To be sure of this, we also hire an independent inspection company to certify that the vehicle is working perfectly and free from any major defects mechanically and structurally.

Once all is fine, and you decide that this is the vehicle you want, we will then approach the Dealership to bargain and arrange the best possible price for your vehicle. We will always ensure that you are not overpaying but getting the lowest possible price available according to standard market values.

We will then advise you to pay for your vehicle. The vehicle MUST be paid in full before it leaves the UK. We will ensure we receive all the proper registration and transfers documentation from the Dealership. At this time we would advise the UK Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) by completing and forwarding them the V5C/4 so they are aware that the vehicle is to be permanently exported out of the UK. We would then arrange towage of your vehicle from the dealership to our storage area where it would be stored until we are ready to take it to the port for loading.

We will arrange and book the earliest sailing date from the UK with one of our partnered shipping lines. On the day of loading we arrange inland shipping/towage of your vehicle from storage to the port for loading. Prior to loading and together with the freight carrier's representative we will conduct a documented pre-loading inspection of the exterior of the vehicle, as this will ensure if there are any damages when the vehicle reaches the port of destination. At this time, we will also arrange sea freight insurance to cover your vehicle in the event of any unforeseen damage or loss whilst in transit at sea.

Arrival of your vehicle at destination port

By the time your vehicle has arrived at the port in your country, we would have already couriered to you, or to your broker, all the shipping documents needed to clear your vehicle from the port. We would also arrange a documented inspection of the vehicle to ensure that it has arrived in the same condition as when it left the UK.

Please note that you will be fully responsible for payment of any import/customs duties, government taxes and fees to clear this vehicle in your country. These amounts are not included in our procurement fees, but if required, they will be estimated amounts and only to be used as a guide. We shall be happy to refer you to one of our partnered brokers in your country who will be knowledgeably and experienced in clearing and licensing your vehicle.
